Exchange 2007 Impersonation - help please

Hello all,

We're trying to impersonate Exchange users to perform a Notes > Exchange migration which is required to migrate mailboxes.  we're using this command but can; figure out what to change withing it to make it work - can anyone help please point in the right direction.

Add-ADPermission -Identity (get-exchangeserver).DistinguishedName -User (Get-User -Identity User1 |
select-object).identity -extendedRight ms-Exch-EPI-Impersonation<o:p></o:p>
