Exchange Database won't mount.Status: Disconnected and Resynchronizing

This morning I had a user complain that she cannot log into her Outlook. She currently only has 1 email Exhange account on her outlook so no problem their. I then looked into Exchange and found on of the Databases Coping Status as: 

Disconnected and Resynchronizing

Upon trying to mount the Database I receive the following error:

Upon Checking the EventViewer I see:
