Some developers are using software automation that sends meeting requests to employees who use Outlook 2010 with Microsoft Exchange, but it is sending the requests out in .ics format that requires all Outlook recipients to manually open the message and click on it to accept. This causes double-booking issues if the recipient gets multiple meeting requests from different senders for the same time while out of the office.
They need need to be able to send the meeting requests out in a native format that will be automatically tentatively accepted just as if a human created the meeting request in their copy of Outlook and personally sent it to another Outlook user.
What tools can be used to do this?
