When I open Outlook 2016 on my laptop, I am prompted to sign in to some sort of Google all access login which I do. I am prompted for my gmail address & password. Then I agree to the terms and I get this first error message. I tried multiple times repeatedly to sign in and I continue to get this error message. If I close that pop up box and try to access my emails, I get the bottom error message. I even tried offline and back online, changing my gmail password and now things are worse. My Outlook seems to have completely ceased to work and my sent folder is empty. Please advise.
