How to make personalized outlook email address?

Not sure where to ask the question, outlook is Microsoft product, so I just post it here.

See attached screenshot, red box portion.

For example, I use abcxyz@gmail.com (fake gmail, just an example) to sign up a Microsoft account, then if I go to outlook.com, there is an email assigned to me: outlook_A******@outlook.com. I guess it is randomly assigned by the system.

It is a free web email, and I would like to change outlook_A******@outlook.com to abcxyz@outlook.com, how should I do that?

I could not find it in the setting.
