We received a recurring issue from our client that their ticketing system is taking so long to send an email notifications. Sometimes it take even more than 20 seconds to show the pop up that the it successfully submitted. We are using their SMTP details that they have provided from their end. Their email host is On-Prem Exchange. Please let us know what's causing the slowness of sending the emails. We believe our set up is correct and it is working however the only problem is the speed.
