Certificate installation problem with the Provider.

I install the following certificate:

After install the certificate in the Exchange server the provider say the following:

Please I need help to fix this behavior.

I dont know what happen, why the provider dont say Microsoft RSA, the certificate not work.

I wait your comments and help.
