Upgrading from Exchange 2013 to 2016 and when installing Exchange server 2016 CU17 for the first time I keep receiving the following error. I installed Portqry and the port to the domain controller is open. Not sure why this error is occurring? No issues with the Exchange 2013 server CU23. Anyone else run into this issue?
