My machine had a power failure and now Exchange Database is not mounting.

-I have used ESEUTIL /p,   

& facing this error:

 Operation terminated with error -1032 (JET_errFileAccessDenied, Cannot access file, the file is locked or in use

I tried moving the log files as well.
