I am working as UC Engineer for Microsoft Partner. I have one customer have Exchange 2010 and would like to migrate all mailboxes to office 365 and decommission exchange 2010.
is this can be done without upgrading exchange 2010 to 2013 or 2016? any prerequisites needed to enable hybrid?
