Read email message from Outbox folder

Hi Experts,

Is there any way that  I can delay email messages sent and save it to local drive:\folder? or else is there any way that I can delay this sent by keeping the email in Outbox and read the content of that email. If it has some specific keyword then I need to delay or flag that email message.

I am using C# .net WPF application. I need to achieve in this application.
