I have a issue with room finder in outlook 2016 / Exchange 2016.
The room finder display the message "Suggestions are not provided because most attendees are not available during your working hours." when a user book a room more than "working hours windows".
I explain :
In the user calendar (see below) WorkingHoursStartTime is set to 08:00 and WorkingHoursEndTime to 18:00. In this case the "working hours windows" is 10 hours (18:00-08:00)
If I book a room more than 10 hours the room finder display the message.
If I put WorkingHoursStartTime is set to 08:00 and WorkingHoursEndTime to 12:00 I can't display the availability if I book a room more than 4 hours.(Screenshoot N°2)
I book a room 09:00 to 13:00 all is fine
I book a room 09:00 to 13:01 it doesn't work
At last I set WorkingHoursStartTime and WorkingHoursEndTime to 00:00. I can book a room less than 24 hours, but it has a problem when the booking is on more than one day.
