Implement custom decryption scheme in Exchange journaling

Hello All.

We are a vendor implementing a custom encryption scheme for emails and attachments.

We would like to extend Exchange 2010 Journal Report Decryption to our custom scheme, meaning we would like all messages going to a jornaling mailbox to be decrypted before they are stored. 

Any idea on how to achieve that?
