[MailApp][OWA][Outlook] Can I show a MailApp only in OWA and not in Outlook?

Hi,

we are integrating in Outlook with a COM-Addin and in OWA 2013/2016 with a MailApp.

In Outlook 2013/2016 users already have our COM-Addin so the MailApp only duplicates some functionality and the users would like to disable the MailApp in Outlook and use it only in OWA.

Is that possible?
