I am not sure if anyone else is having this issue, but we upgraded from Office 2003 to 2010 earlier this year and we are having intermittent issues with loss of delegation. Our users lose the ability to add appointments to calendars of people they are a delagate of, this is intermittent. Sometimes they are able to add appointments and sometimes they do not have the permissions. It's not always the same person having the problem or the same calendar. We applied Service Pack 1 thinking that would correct this bug, but it did not help. Some people have been able to work around this by closing Outlook and reopening to perform this task or rebooting the pc will allow them to continue.
I talked with our Exchange group and I was told that the server is up-to-date at this time.
Has this issue been reported before and is there a fix?
