Unable to fetch Room Lists using GetRoomLists() using EWS 2.0

I am trying to retrieve all the rooms/resources which has been created in my Exchange,but I am only getting an empty list.

I searched on various forums and found that we need to create a roomlist and then try this..but I am still not able to fetch the rooms.

I followed the following link to get the rooms
