creating new note item in Exchange 2013 via OWA

Hi all:

I have exchange 2013 and I am accessing one mailbox through Outlook web access.

When I clicked on Notes folder, it shows as empty.

How can I create new note item in that folder?

There is only option that allows 'New Mail'.

Please advice.
