Daylight Saving Time Clock changes and loading recurring events via EWS

Hello,
We are using EWS for creating and loading Exchange appointments. Recenly we have faced the following problem.

We create recurring event in Exchange calendar. Recurrence start date is before clock changes date (time shift date), recurrence end date is after clock changes date (we have several event occurences before and after time shift date). The problem is that appointments after clock changes date are returned with shifted shart and end time. Example: we create recurring appointment from 3 PM to 4PM and if time shift is -1 (minus one) hour appointments after clock changes date have time from 2PM to 3PM. But we want to have the same time from 3PM to 4PM after clock changes date.

Is there any solution of the problem? Any help would be appreciated.
