Connectors Required between two Exchange server

Hi,

We have Exchange 2010 running in 3 different sites, now we have to introduce Exchange 2013 in different site under same organization.

I have small doubt, Do I need to add my Exchange 2013 servers IPs to Exchange 2010 Receive connector to enable mail exchange between them ??

Note: All exchange installed and running in same organization.
