We have an Exchange 2003 SP2 server that up until recently was able to send encrypted messages to bankofamerica.com. Now the messages get stuck in the outbound delivery queue until they expire. I have confirmed that we are configured using all of the requirements set forth by Bank of America but I still cannot get the messages through. I have successfully configured and sent out an email using TLS from our Exchange 2010 server, but need is to have the 2003 server send encrypted messages. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as I am starting to run out of ideas on what to check.
