How get "FullAccess" permissions without PowerShell in C#

Hi,

we are currently getting the "Sand As" permissions from LDAP like that: http://gsexdev.blogspot.de/2008/04/showing-mailbox-rights-and-send.html

Now we need also to get the "FullAccess" permission. (for Exchange Server 2003 also)
Is there a GUID for this, like the GUI for "Send As"?
How can I do this?
