Move Cluster MailBox Server Error

Operation System : Windows Server 2003 Ent 64bit

Exchange Server 2007 Sp3 Roll UP 10

Exchange Server CCR

We had TWO Mail Boxes Server (PHYSICAL MACHINE) with CCR, Few Days back one of our Secondary Mail Box Server Machine Gone Faulty and we ready another Mailbox Server but this time on HYPER V VM , Machine works fine as Secondary.

Now I want to move cluster mailbox server to my passive node using "Manage Clustered Mailbox Server" Wizard

There is following error found.

Error :

The Network Path Was Not Found

i check all possible solutions like

Permission on both server

shows all database health on both servers (get-storagegroupcopystatus)

The network is fine all machine pingable
