Time added to Appointment Body in recipient calendar

I'm creating an Appointment through EWS Managed API and setting the Body to HTML. The Appointment looks right in the calendar I'm creating it in, but when I send the appointment to the meeting participants with:

myAppointment.Update(ConflictResolutionMode.AlwaysOverwrite, SendInvitationsOrCancellationsMode.SendOnlyToAll);

text like the following is added in the calendar items for the recipients. How can I prevent this?
