Hi,
When in a certain folder on a shared mailbox, some users cannot see a change in the read/unread status of the message until they click out of the folder and then back into it again. I have checked the general permissions of this folder and it is identical to another folder which this problem does not occur for these users.
When changing the read/unread status of a message in this problem folder, the change is reflected in the unread count on the folder and all other users can see the status change in real time.
Any ideas at where I can look to find the cause?
I have check GPO's against other users that aren't affected and can't see anything that pops up and screams at me.

EDIT >> I have created a new folder to replace this old one and it appears to have resolved the issue. I would still love to know what caused it in the first place.
