Outlook 2010 User can't access free/busy info for one resource mailbox calendar

There are a couple posts that are similar, but I haven't been able to solve this one yet.

We just recently moved our conference room calendars from public folders to proper resource mailboxes. Aside from users not RTFM on how to use them the move has been fairly painless. Until now. I have one user that can't see the free/busy info on one of the room calendars. Just one. We are using Exchange 2010 and he is on Outlook 2010. When he tries to view a meeting in the calendar he gets an error, "Cannot open this Item. Cannot open the free/busy information."

He has no problem opening meetings for that room on OWA, so it leads me to believe it involves some temp files or cached info on his machine. 

I tried using /CleanFreeBusy on his computer and it did not remedy the situation. I removed his profile and added it again which appeared to work, but five minutes later when I got back to my desk he could no longer open the meetings. 

Any insight would be much appreciated. I admit I am an amateur when it comes to Exchange admin.
