Setting up Auto Reply for addresses like noreply@domain.com

Hi,

I need help in setting up an automatic standard reply for anyone who sends email to a specific email address on EXCHANGE 2010. I do not want to setup an Out-Of-Office, as this will reply only once to an email address in a day.

I tried setting up HUB Transport rule like

1. Message Sent To - noreply@xyz.com
2. Prepend Message Subject with - Re:
3. Append disclaimer text and fallback to action if unable to apply - 'Prepend' 'disclaimer' and fallback to 'wrap'

But this rule does not reply to the external email, but work as expected for internal email addresses. Can someone please help me out ?
