Dear All,

  I have a strange issue where when i am sending an email from exchange server 2007 sp3 with rollup 4, emails are sending out to some domains as  plain text where are it should land as a HTML format.

I had checked couple of testing but could not come to any conclusion.

What i could see from the below technet is that incase if i an updating the roll up to 8 for exchnage 2007 sp3 the issue will get resolved.

I need to know incase if i update to roll up9 from roll up 4  will i get the rollup update 8 also. Because the issue is said in rollup 8 not in rollup 9.

Please suggest as i will be doing this week end.

Also did any one come accross the issue where  html signature emails send from OWA and user machine outlook is receiving in the destination as plaintext.

Desktop level things level things done:

1. checking on the HTML format in outlook(2003, 2007, 2010) during sending email.

2. Deleted all the temperory files in the computer.

3. Checked with a new OS machine.

Server level things level things done::

1. checking on the HTML format in outlook web access(2003, 2007, 2010) during sending email.

2. Checking the clinet access settings.

3. Created a new send connector.

Guys please  suggest.
