Hi Everybody.
Have about 25-35 .local domains running exchange 2010 All with SSL certs. We just had one expire and went to renew and since the alt names had .local the cert didn't deploy with the alt names.
I'm looking for a best practice here. our limited understanding is that we may potentially need to change the internal AD domain to reflect their external domain. if that's the case...we'd have to re-do all workstations for the new domain. It seems far fetched that is a solution to me and am hoping someone can advise me of a more streamlined approach. Any info would be greatly appreciated!
