E-Mail Address Policy for Exchange Server 2010 with custom filter (take 2)

Fiona Liao says I have to post my question to 'Exchange Development'.

Hi all,

in some countries people has double surnames like 'Liao-Peter'. Imagine in a company (contoso.com) there are two users with following givenname and surname:

1. Fiona Liao-Peter and
2. Fiona Liao

In this case 'Fiona Liao-Peter' should get 'Fiona.L-P@contoso.com' as her email address, and 'Fiona Liao' should get 'Fiona.L@contoso.com' as her email address.

Is it possible to build a filter that looks for the minus sign in the surname? If it finds a minus sign then it should build in a different way the email address of users as given by 'default email policy'?
