I struggled to find a similar question on this forum, so hopefully this might also help others out too.
I built a small Outlook addin which scanned all outgoing emails and looked for keywords which were stored in an sqlite database and filtered accordingly. My colleagues could update the database with new words as they wished. I should point out that the filtering was slightly more advanced than an if this then that, as the filtering depended on which projects my colleagues were working on and therefore emails were filtered using keywords for those specific projects.
We now have an issue that my boss wants me to use the same filtering to work for emails sent from mobile devices. So I need to have something sitting on the server side, using the same sqlite database and where I can program the same filtering rules that I did in vb.net for the Outlook addin.
Could someone please point me in the right direction of how this can be achieved? I have no experience with Microsoft Exchange development.
