Here is my situation:
We are currently trying to upgrade from Exchange 2003 SP2 to Exchange 2010. I have followed the deployment assistant step by step but once I finished installing the Client Access Server and rebooted I was not able to open EMC or the EMC shell. I am getting the following error:

I have followed all threads pertaining to this issues but I am not able to get anywhere. At once point the person that was helping (David i believe) said that the problem was fixed but the powershell script can't be given to us because it might cause more issues than actually fix them. Please help!
