As far as I can tell Web Services has no support for RTF messages - so If I want to move an RTF message from a MAPI folder and send it over web services to another exchange server how would I go about this?
Just asking for the body as PR_HTML_BODY gets an approximation - but it will lose inline images. Also some messages have OLE attachements in them, and again I've no idea how to send those via EWS.
