we updated our exchange enviroment a few days ago from Exchange 2010 SP3 to SP3 RU2.
Since that we have performance problems with our outlook 2010 clients. The performance is very slow in online mailboxes and if you want to open, delete or modify mails in that you've to wait a few seconds (~ 10-20 seconds per mail).
in this case i done a few reports (performance monitor / troubleshooting monitor /exmon ). also some hardwarechecks.
the only result i got was the following:
- High latency MAPI operations for user "XYZ"
Some of the MAPI operations from the user "XYZ" took longer than 30seconds
- The top 6 user account for 46% of the MAPI CPU usage on the server... ( in another report it was 100% f.e.)
But if i checked this in the exmon the users changed a few time. they are not always the same...
Have anyone else problems with the update or can someone help me?
