How to update the Notes field on a Contact

Hi

I'm using EWS and I have an app that creates Contact items and updates them as necessary.

Does anyone know how to update the Notes field? Like the other fields that I already update, eg title, id etc I've been looking for the specific ExtendedFieldURI Property Tag (eg 0x3A05) for Notes but cannot find it. Is there another way?
